It’s fantastic isn’t it.
There are arguments going on over something similar being done to welcome people in to Wales as they come over the dreaded Toll Bridge. They wanted something to symbolise modern Wales – I wrote in and suggested a giant kebab – didn’t get a reply for some reason

your a lucky man. i’ve seen it twice, both times the hairs on the back of my neck stood up. i don’t know why it’s just one of those things. you either get it or you don’t.

The wife smiles now and again – often when I’m undressing – but that’s another story. I have to go and photograph a pea now.

Fantastic shot. lovely colour. I must admit when I first saw it I thought it looked like an aeroplane that had landed on its tail. Now that it is rusty it looks better., but your shot is GOOD

this is just brilliant – i love the people too – works really well how you have silhouetted them – when i go past i often think i won’t take a pic because there are so many people there – you have just proved me wrong and it actually makes it look more intesting – love the purple sky too.

Did you know this image is for sale on Ebay, credit given to a photgrapher named Denise Swanson? If you google Angel of the North, Australia, it pops up.

I just looked at them side by side, and can see the major differences of the individual photographs. I went to look up this wonderful statue, found what I thought was a rip off of your work on Ebay, and wrote the previous comment. Whew. Glad it wasnt’ lifted from you.
