Hiding in The Prickles

Found this little guy hiding out in a log he was very well concealed behind his armour of spiny prickles

Echidna’s also known as spiny anteaters belong to the Tachyglossidae family of monotremes {egg laying mammals} together with the platypus, they are the only surviving members of that order.

Although their diet consists mainly of ants and termites they are not actually related to the anteater species, they are native to Australia and New Guinea

Hiding in The Prickles belongs to the following groups:

Animal Kingdom, As Is, Everyday Life, Happy Haven, Live, Love, Dream and UK to Australia and Back

Really cool. He couldn’t be more perfectly placed. Do the y have the ability to “Shoot” their quills like the North American Porcupine?
