    Great shot, Paul – such careworn faces!

  • thanks, Shulie – they work with pick-axes in the fields, in intense heat and largely unprotected from the sun, for very long hours. And they carry large, heavy loads of rubble in the bowls on their heads, the rest of the time. i think that kind of life is bound to leave an impression
