When I was photographing my chive flowers a couple of days a go, a butterfly landed on the flower in focus at just the right time! Never have I been more pleased to see a butterfly only two feet away from my face, with me having the right lens on my camera and me actually in the right place at the right time – such a good feeling!
Captured in my garden which is my own personal little piece of paradise
Editing – one exposure which had a beautifully lit blue sky as the background – used desaturation, gradient and gradient map tools in PS until I finally came up with a colour close the the chive flower to create a texture overlay
.Camera – Nikon D7000
Lens – Nikon 18 – 105
