A page from the Cosmological Book of Experimental Design:

Cast a memory upon the waters;
wind-driven thoughts steer towards a distant event horizon;

where the ocean meets the sky,

where past, present and future converge
at the triple point of time.
This conjunction creates the equilibrium of eternity.

Meanwhile, in the quintessential Celestial Realm,
dark whirlpools sublimate the resonance of now,

and the echoes of the atmospheres transform standing waves;
Yesterday red-shifts into tomorrow,
and thus, the Ocean of Eternity follows this mystic Lunar Sutra:
Simultaneous waxing and waning, phases without dimension;
This scroll, illuminated by the Fingers of God, expresses a perfected state.

I am a visual artist using mostly acrylic paint on canvas. I’ve been working on something that I call The Ocean Series since 1978. The Ocean Series could be described as a Remodernist response to the late work of Mark Rothko.

    I love the reading with this. this work has an amazing quality of light. Like the sea and sky, it seems so simple at first, but the more i look , the more I see. very subtle and organic
