I am a visual artist using mostly acrylic paint on canvas. I’ve been working on something that I call The Ocean Series since 1978. The Ocean Series could be described as a Remodernist response to the late work of Mark Rothko.
WOW ! just beautiful !…..
This has a beautiful brushed metallic feel (at least in this small web version). An excellent result, as are them all.
This is the first thing I painted in the doomed beach house. Sold and destined for demolition, the beautiful old (1951) Modern structure designed by the famous architect, Paul Rudolph, stood on for another 2 years. I was the last inhabitant – a bittersweet experience.
I can see why it is sold…this is very beautiful. The gold leaf is such a wonderful idea for this…and I really get a sense of peace from it. Wonderful work!!!
Arcylic and Goldleaf?
What an amazing combination. The effect is wild, and warm. Great work.
Excellent golden Silence…
…………. and the beginning of the end. Lovely colours
Very beautiful series you have, love all the acrylics and the softness of the colors!
