Allah Says in "Quran" about Jesus (Eisa) as spirit of Allah
And (remember Mary)she who was chaste,therefore We breathed into her(something)of our spirit and made her and her son a token for (all)peoples (21:91)
And Mery,daughter of Imran,whose body was chaste,therefore we breathed therein our spirit.And she put faith in the Wprds of her Lord and His Scriptures,and was of the obedient servants.(66:12)
Baby Jesus (PBUH)yet parading in Mary`s (PBUH) arms spoke by miracle to defend his mother against false accusations and proclaimed his ( DEVINE SELECTED) Prophethood
"Said child ;I am indeed a servant of Allah,He has given me the scripture and has appointed me a Prophet 19;30)
And has made me blessed wheresoever I may be ,and has enjoined upon me prayer and almsgiving so long as I remain alive (19;30)
Such was Jesus son of Mary: (thus is )the statement of the truthconcerning which they doubt (dispute) (19;34)
It befits not (the majesty of) Allah that He should take take to Himself a son.Glory be Him !When He decrees a thing,He says to iy only : Be !and it is. (19:35)

Really interesting to know that Mary and Jesus are spoken of in the Coran.
I must say that it is difficult to take the Scriptures with daily life basis….all is higly metaphorical and one must deepen..
I find tha then….the “realities” that each iman may show…or each priest…are basic..but all the same…these Scriptures are highly human made…and just faith give consistency to them.
I do not have that faith on them…bu all the same find them as part of the Human Soul…and a way of our mutant Essence.
