Bridge to the other side....@ KILLARNEY by

On Sunday August 24th we went on another road trip.
This time it was to Killarney.
I went for a walk along one of the many trails they have there and came upon this quaint little bridge.

I was told that the lake is man made.

With every photo there is a lasting memory!!
A special moment in time or a special place.
My camera is the window to my heart and soul.
It reminds me of the beauty in this world.
Whether it is a smile,a tear, children, people, animals, insects, birds or mother nature at her finest!!
It will be forever captured to be shared by family and friends..and it will bring back memories of when!
May all my memories last a lifetime!!

Beautiful scene, what an interesting looking bridge, I can’t figure what the blue or icy looking stuff between the wooden supports is??

  • Thankyou Barnsis!!!
the blue/icy looking stuff(lol) between the wooden supports is the overflow from the lake that flows into the little stream on the other side of the bridge. In some of my other shots of Killarney you can see the stream with the tiny little rapids…check them out…Killarney #3,8 &9 :)

OK OK I see it now, there is a small falls just before the bridge!! I couldn’t see it for the reflection and thought the water being agitated by falling was some kind of flat surface. this makes it an even better image. Should have looked at it in large view.
