For Me
I’m a musician and i write music not lyrics. I NEVER wrote a poem except one time for my wife on her 21St Birth day! This is my 1st attempt at a poem and the only one. I’d love to know what you all think!
For me you are like a butterfly
With style and grace
you’ve managed to capture the essence
of not only my heart but my soul.
When I look into your eyes
I Know all my dreams will come true
because your love, honesty, heart and soul
has now become one with mine.
Your very presence to me
is like having an angel
beside me through lifes twist and turns.
For I have fear because you and I walk together.
Your touch is magical to my soul.
I feel a special tingle from head to toe.
That feeling shows me just how strong our love realy is.
The simple things in life are worth more than thier weight in
gold…
Weather it is to sit down and talk about the day or
to go for a walk…
or even just to say “I Love You”
for no reason but to let each other know how we feel.
On your birthday was a special day because
on that day we were all blessed with a wonderful
Person… You.
