Artist's Description

This flower is part of the Costa Rican menu. For some it is a flower, for other it is a vegetable.
Once harvested and washed (picture) you let it heat in Butter or oil, salt it, and add a couple of eggs or more to finish. There are some other variants where they add potatoes and tomatoes. The taste was a surprise to me, as it was the first time in almost nine years of Costa Rica I tried it. ¡Buen Provecho!
PS. You should harvest in the early morning, so the taste would not come out bitter
