To imaging yourself on the bottom of the fathomless sea, then ascending, using the colors accordingly, from the darkest to the very lightest on the surface, no white colors whatsoever to be mixed into these pure colors, that way using the opaque colors on the bottom of the ocean and the transparent on the surface, you will get a seascape, of clear water, three dimensional, where you can actually look into the depths.
