Woodblock print created with 3 separate woodblocks but carved with the same motive.

The sequence of the 3 woodblocks: 2-3-1
Inks: white – yellow – black on green art paper

I had tremendous fun creating a few variations to play around with the inks, colours and combinations, i.e. experimenting with the sequence of the 3 woodblocks.

Traditional printmaking method.
This is a mono print.
Every single print is unique in its colours.

The vibrant green attracted my attention to this print – brilliant! The commentary is always very informative too.

  • Thanks, artlein, I had lots of fun creating this. :-)
