Music & Art
Many times both music and visual arts run in families. I am a singer and all my children write songs, play instruments and create electronic music. Many times when I am out photographing I have a song or songs running through me…the song depends on the mood that the location creates inside me. My first stop every morning after grabbing my cup of coffee is redbubble. Imagine my great surprise to see my “Cool” photograph on the front page. My Teachers and Inspiration
As I shared in an earlier journal my dad inspired my love of cars, especially hot rods. Fond memories of growing up at the race track come back to me whenever I attend a car show.

History behind the Cars
I love old cars and trucks! My dad started drag racing in 1961 with a 1957 Mercury Montclair. He then raced a 1962 Volvo 122S (with the 1800cc engine) and then a 64 Comet Cyclone. His favorite and most successful drag car was his 1969 CJ428 Cougar Eliminator. He still owns two Cougar Eliminators (the 1969 CJ428 & a 1970 351C) and a very rare 1969 XR-7 CJ428 convertible. What I Love to Photograph
I guess over the years I have developed a niche or love for photographing certain subjects more than others. I have a huge thing for hot rods, classic cars & trucks.
