A banksia photographed on the cliffs near Point Lookout on North Stradbroke Island. This is “banksia aemula”, commonly known as the wallum banksia and grows naturally along the coast from Bundaberg, Queensland to Sydney NSW. It is one of the main native canopy shrubs on Stradbroke Island.
