This beautiful location is at Ironbridge in Shropshire, England, where the famous old iron bridge crosses the River Severn. It is questionably promoted as the “Birthplace of the Industrial Revolution”.
The Iron Bridge is a 30 metre (100 ft) cast iron bridge built across the Severn River. Construction began in 1779 and the bridge opened on New Year’s Day 1781
