This baby elephant (Loxodonta Africana) was with a herd in the Chobe River in the Chobe National Park, Botswana. It was refusing to cross the first section of water to an island to join the others in the herd. Mum and others tried everything to coax him across, but without success. He finally got a couple of feet wet and had a drink. Then seemed to enjoy blowing bubbles in the water and ignoring mother.
