Movember!

Yes folks, it’s Movember.
Andrew sent me an invite to join a Movember team, so we’re both growing a mo to help raise funds and awareness for men’s health and fight male depression and prostate cancer.

But Uncle Stevie, look at your photo! You can’t grow a mo!

Well, I can if I shave, which I did this morning. I’ll post a pic soon.

Here are some facts you may not know.

Depression affects 1 in 6 men…Most don’t seek help. Untreated depression is a leading risk factor for suicide.

Last year in Australia 18,700 men were diagnosed with prostate cancer and more than 2,900 died of prostate cancer – equivalent to the number of women who die from breast cancer annually.

Men are far less healthy than women. The average life expectancy of males is 5 years less than females.

Now, I need some input. Do I go for the pencil thin porno mo? The good ol’ handlebars? Magnum PI? Will a month be long enough to have an evil villain’s twirly mo?

Forget the porno mo….that scares me.
Go for the Nick Cave handlebar…much sexier, although you may not pull it off as he can :|

I was considering handlebars, maybe I should let my hair grow back so I can have the greasy, receeding hairline thing happening too. ;)

Only issue with the twirly is I don’t think it’ll grow that long, but I can try! :D

Forget a month. I say we go all out have a full blown RB Mo competition. 1year, no shaving the Mo. Looser has to buy a framed print of the other one’s. You up for the challenge? Muahahaha….....
