I have asked members of Layered Up to remove some of their work so that we can clean up some of the files and not have so many pages to go through and then I thought “hmmmmmm……maybe I should do likewise with the other groups I belong to before I’m asked”
As far as my group is concerned, I would rather each member remove the works they want, than have me go through their compositions and delete something they would prefer to leave up.
Sooooooo I have completed removeing work from 17 groups that I am in and only left compositions 6 months or earlier. Hopefully this should make things easier
for the hosts.
Now I only have 140 more groups to go through……..OMG What have I started. LOL
Oh well!!!!!!!

PS I added this journal in the hopes that maybe I could inspire some of you to take 5 min. and check out your works in your groups and maybe help them thin things out a bit. You can always re-add them so people can have a fresh look at them.

Steph…..you don’t have to do that. Just go to the groups “overview” page and at the top right hand side you will find a red edit button. When you click on that you can bring up all YOUR work in the group and delete which ever one’s you want instead of deleting all. I have been leaving on anything I have submitted within the past 5 or 6 months and deleting the rest.

in AKK A Kaleidoscope Kraze I thin the group of non featured work consistently … I would prefer members not to remove their work especially if it’s featured because their featured work gets blogged and tweeted .. would be a shame for them to miss out on the promotion the group provides them (smile) …

Oh WOW !!!! So sorry owlspook, I didn’t realize that. I have missed out on submitting with so many other groups that I sort of went on a rampage I guess. I’ll see if I can find the one’s I removed. It shouldn’t be to difficult…..should it?

don’t worry about it now Greta … would much prefer to see newer ones (big smile) ….
