    I like this one a lot

    Did you know that :-
    “diptych” describes a two-part work of art;
    “triptych” describes a three-part work;
    “tetraptych” describes 4 parts;
    “pentaptych” describes 5 parts;
    “hexaptych” describes 6 parts;
    “heptaptych” describes 7 parts; and
    “octaptych” is the term used for an eight-part, or eight-panel, work of art.
    or they can all be called “polyptyches” to save time.

  • haha wow yes I knew that triptych was specific to 3 but I didn’t know the official names for 4+ Thanks for the info! And glad you enjoyed this!

    Life, exposure, texture, color and thought… these are the things you give us with this work, and more. We all can see what we will in most any object but it is the creative soul that can take a view of something and transform it to give it a completely different quality than it originally had. That is what you’ve done here… and quite well Damienne… I see sparks!

  • Thanks Russel, that’s such a thoughtful comment – I really appreciate you taking the time. I’m glad you enjoyed this and thank you very much for your support!
