Samburu by

Samburu National Reserve,
Kenya. 2009.

Canon EOS 400D
Canon EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM
f/7.1, 1/400s, ISO 100
RAW. Processed for aesthetics in PS CS5.

This small Samburu boy and his siblings greeted me at the entrance to the Samburu National Reserve. They were so fascinated with the new-comers and loved to see their faces on the camera.

The Samburu tribe is a cousin tribe to that of the Masai and Kikuyu.
