I am a retired Elementary school teacher, artist, poet, and photographer. I can DO Photoshop, but I like the challenge of composing and capturing straight out of the camera more.
I am active in my community as chairperson of the Seaside Art Commission. I helped found a non profit art group. My husband is in construction. We are the proud parents of 2. Being a parent started my photography passion. We both enjoy travel, art, TV, and dining out. Last year I walked a 1/2 marathon (Nike in San Francisco) to raise funds for Leukemia and Lymphoma research with Team In Training. Since I retired in 2003, I have been going to Curves. Soon I will have my 700 visits tee shirt. Reading romantic detective stories or historicaly based fiction is my other passion. I have always had pets. Usually acquired from friends or spouses. My minpin is the first and only pet that I chose. As you can see I like to write but I am a poor speller. That’s all for now.
