I am a retired Elementary school teacher(retired in 2003), artist(Painting-Acrylic & Mixed Media), poet, and photographer. I can DO Photoshop, but I like the challenge of composing and capturing straight out of the camera more.
I am active in the art community for 40 years. Now I am Vice Chairperson of the Seaside Art & History Commission. Reading romantic detective stories or historicaly based fiction is my other passion. Last summer I started Gray’s Photo Tours. The concept is to provide guided photographic tours or Photo classes for visitors of this scenic area and portraits on locations of their choice. My moto is “I specialize in NOT specializing.” This summer I’ve rented studio space so I have no excuse NOT to paint. I LOVE covering events in my community to record the good family fun to be had if you just look for it.
