At 2116 EST 5/17/2010 the International Space Station with an attached Shuttle vehicle was visible from Vero Beach, Florida USA_. Orbiting space vehicles are often visible from earth as they pass overhead.     Steady hands for this shot mate lol. Did you use a spotmeter for the exposure lol. How did you get the Autofocus to lock onto the shuttle lol

    Seriously, this is a really interesting shot for me. I have not seen space vehicles in the sky since the early days of the space program.

    Pardon the questions I have been writing too much in the last few days. .

  • Breathe Andrew, Tripod, manual focus at infinity, what meter it looked like an 8 second shot to me. And i asked NASA to turn on all their lights mate.

    Ah, I meant to get this shot too, forgot about it and remember just in time to run outside and watch while not actually carrying the camera and tripod… Now that I see your settings I’ll try to catch the next opportunity.
