This tow boat operator is being rescued by a USCG RIB from Station Fort Pierce Florida, USA. The tow boat was swamped by heavy seas as it was attempting to rescue a 40’ cruiser that was being blown into shore by strong easterly winds. This section of the Indian River has a high bluff road along its western shore allowing a high angle viewpoint to the recovery.
