Silentio nights

Someone is beating my chest awake
Has it been years since I’ve seen,
These bright lights..
And my body is twitching heartily in the silence

Hard grounded thumps under my skin
Shaking my bones, urging them to move
Stupendously under plummeting star dust
To the dancing nights

Sultry rhythm for my limbs, to move in uniform
Thrashing air, it won’t stop vibrating
So I skitter, sliding feet across homely floorboards
All found behind my eyes and frost

Swaying and fluttering in speeding gusts
In these white flashes
Waving my head, my body in swing to my jumping pores
In the twilight of bedazzlement and cheer, swimming through gravity

Tittering between my eyelids
My lovely pillow holding me safe
While I venture till the dawn, following the sirens
The atmosphere swirling, whispering softly to the boisterous drums

Something is about to awaken inside
But I will keep following through their restlessness
This jumping form tugging at my fingertips
Filling the grooves in my skin

Born, my made faces stroll with me in the no silence
Ink muscle and skin, and smiles I created
Crossing from many papers they are walking with me
In my sleep, in the glow

Peeking, they’re surrounding me
Following the sounds of silence as I am
Turning against gravity in the coloured nights
And laughter holds no thought

The surfaces are shifting in bright lights of yellow and green
Natural only in comatose, love even more, bright red
Skipping across the silent memories, all hyper-coloured of blue oceans
Every fibre dancing hysterically in joy to the drumming air, all fluttering

Companionship, to my dream people
Of trust and love for,
With these worlds that are my selfish indulgence
Enough taste of sleep through the dark and glow

Dreams hidden under my pillow for every quiet night
Until cresting lights blinks its way open
As I do with a breath of cold air
To wake-walk through the day till night once more

Something that’s painfully hard to write for me is anything with an emotional state of just total happiness, without the temptation of concepts like love, sex or drugs. Which is probably why I’m only – sorta – good at writing over more solemn topics. (big sigh).

I tried my best, just because I love to dream.
