Opening
This was one of those drawings thats started off with a little outline that you can see somewhere in there and I just kept drawing and drawing and drawing… and I had planned to draw an entire page of things, but when I finished this off I didn’t want to draw anything else in case I ruined this. For me, this is one my favorite little simple inks, the fact that I try and interpret it different every time makes me like it more and more… sometimes its look gory like those lines are that of skinned animal, but sometimes there just that of a ritualistic pattern. But the whole thing for me does represent an opening, like that of a butterfly.
