This winter art drawing was inspired by a beautiful snowy day in the forest. “Snowflake Girl” features an infinite focus perspective, where the prismatic snowflakes are as clearly seen as the winter scene beyond.

Alberta, who is happily tasting the falling snowflakes on her tongue, is walking through the woods on her way home. She wears a warm velvet green and red dress under her camel overcoat, sturdy winter snow boots and a hat, mittens and scarf knit by her mother.

My name is David Webb and I have been drawing for over 30 years. I am married to Heather, one of my oldest and best friends, and as part of the package, I am the stepdad to two little beauties and father to a stillborn baby girl. We live a simple life and try to appreciate the small wonders that surround us.
