Pencil and digital. Some elements are clip Art which I have digitally painted and given tone to. The giant Light was made digitally with circles and “Stroking” the outlines to give it a wire frame. The idea behind this was that it was a person at their window but the Window is maybe to large, which is all right as it is a Fantasy image. The Eiffel tower is in the background.

All colouring and shading was carried out with graphics tablet and various different brushes set to different opacity.
