Perhaps so… If so, that thorny self-judgement is a part of who you are…. and then … perhaps that is sometimes true and you simply acknowledge it through your thought and comment…
Either way, all opinion and judgement is of the Ego, and essentially unimportant… All that matters is the ‘loving connection’…. and you have already made that. x
