Full Moon Over Point Danger by Graham Mewburn
Clear

On the 10th of December 2011, I went to Point Danger on the New South Wales, Queensland border, Australia. I was hoping to catch the moonrise. Alas there was too much cloud cover. I waited an hour or more and then a brief break in the clouds. This was the best of a bad bunch of shots. The red line is from a plane flying by. I was standing on the Queensland side of the border.

Gray, I like the haze around the moon and the moonlight on the water !
I have been trying for a full moonrise over the horizon for several years, but am always foiled by low lying cloud, my last “after” shot which was a “consolation prize” is here
