Artist's Description

Late May 2009 and the Manning River is in flood. Normally you can walk down beside this boat. Which is how I captured ‘Mangrove Mooring’, it’s the same boat. If you did that now you could be up to your neck in water. The surface of the water is covered with flotsam and jetsam. The grass has a sprinkling of autumn leaves. Location is Kendall Reserve, Cundletown, near Taree, New South Wales, Australia. Nikon D40x.
