well I really like the branches! better…… gives more a sense of foreboding?as i said in the forum drama… not good right now with adjectives. always loved Boadicea. Now I study this a bit more I realize …. physo analyse myself! I probably like to fill in spaces .oh I should do this from my other site ginnymac, not that it matters much .

  • Many thanks for your comments. The branches was the original winter shot. I guess they would not work in spring with green leaves. Interestingly, they have now cut down the tree so I can’t repeat the original!

I think the composition is better without the branches :-)

This is great shot! makes a change from the usual POV of big ben. Also I notice you use a lumix bridge camera. So do I, after all, its the person that takes the photo, not the camera!

I prefer the 2nd one. There is more drama. It is a wonderful image and very different to have this added statue to the stately Big Ben tower it still doesn’t distract from the beautiful architecture. Congratulations on a Top photo it POPS!
