Design for tiles.
This was designed for a competition sponsored by Swarovski, the Austrian crystal manufacturer. The brief was to design tiles using Swarovski crystals.
I took inspiration from the movie The Matrix and used the crystals on matte black tiles to portray imagery inspired by the movie.
Although the design did not win the competition, it was exhibited at the 100% Design exhibition in London, 2004 and was published by Swarovski in a catalogue which accompanied the exhibition.
