Yes, I’m afraid when you see these nearly every morning (summer or winter) you do tend to take them for granted (just another sunrise). Even on a cloudy day we get these; there is always a small break between the horizon along the lake and the clouds, and the sun’s glory can be seen as it crests the horizon – maybe only for a few minutes. The trick is being there. I’m a “way before dawn” riser, so…
