Birdie Birdie Blue (Painting)
Digital painting of a bird in blue tones perched on the bark of an old tree. I haven’t been able to identify the bird, but the closest I’ve come is a nuthatch of some sort.
I’ve only ever seen this bird once, on an island area in Georgian Bay (central-north Ontario), and have never seen it in our own town or surrounding country. Possibly, I haven’t looked hard enough since I’m not really a birder in the traditional sense, but I do enjoy watching them. If anyone can positively identify this bird I’d appreciate knowing.

It looks like a little nuthatch to me. We have them here, not quite as blue but they are a pretty blue/gray color.
