Acorn Acquisitor
This funny fellow was digging through my leaf-laden backyard, poking his nose in search of nuts. He struck pay dirt, and quickly scampered off.
Sometimes when focusing on one subject, it is not always necessary to cover the whole. If I included the rest of this squirrel, the focus would have shifted away from the eyes and the prize acorn held in his paw.
The same can be done with people, flowers, you name it. The viewer is then drawn to the heart of the subject.

What a cutie! One of these days I’m going to do a camera stake out-on our squirrel friend. They are so much fun!
GraceNotes replied 22 days ago
Thank you,Roka, this guy was cute. I have a backyard full of trees and these squirrels romp through the autumn leaves and dig underneath looking for nuts. They will find a lot since we have yet to do any raking back there. Not looking forward to that job!
