Well probably not. This is a shot from an abandoned resort in NY state.I visited this place some time ago and when I returned home from shooting it my mother informed me that my father worked there as a teenager.I recently paid another visit to the place. So, as I wandered the old staff housing there I couldn’t help but wonder if my dad had called one of the many rooms there home for a summer atleast.
what a great connective t.issue……it does have a slightly impervious silence to it; a still.wrinkled bed and awaiting light. ….the imagination runs.. ….stark beauty here.

Great image…I’m so envious-we are sorely lacking in old stuff other than people down here in Florida.
Come to NY-the place is falling apart:)
