What a wonderful scene and painting.That sea looks warm enough to actually swim in.Unlike the North sea.. Summer or winter,it is freezing cold .

Thanks, Peter. I grew up in Florida, so I guess that’s why I’m inclined toward the more tropical scenes. I vacationed once in Nova Scotia and enjoyed the rugged seascapes but the water was like you describe…fun to look at but keep your pinkies out!
