    Beautiful colours, light and shade. I feel a sense of solitude, isolation when looking at this figure. Also hope, as he gazes out into the light beyond. Lovely work.

    I can’t believe I haven’t looked at this yet, it’s superb.

    The connection between the brick and the figure is so obvious yet it’s not cliched, it’s very sincere. Here are two fully formed, potentially useful structures, but both without a place and not being used for anything worthwhile and there’s a profound sadness in that. If I had the money (or any money… lol) this painting would be mine.

    The yellows and greens are such a gentle, nice touch here, and the blacks and greys for the two main characters are so appropriate.
