This really hit me – I like the warmth of the colours, the way the floor seems to drop straight down like it’s a continuation of the wall, and the serene look on the girl’s face. Title choice is great, like it could be referring to her, the fish, the light on the wall, or something she’s feeling. I like this painting a lot.

Wonderful warm light makes the whole painting. The girl really sets the scene with her watching the gold fish bowl. gives food for thought.
