This is wonderful. I love trees (still enjoy playing around them and climbing them like a big kid) and have recently delved into drawing them whenever I can. Your tree here is absolutely beautiful. The bark itself is masterfully drawn and those leafs must have taken… well, i dread to think how long.

Gorgeous painting, Has a real tranquil feel to it. The twisted bark in the trunk gives the illusion of almost seeing the leaves dance in the gentle breeze. Lovely.

Wow, this is great! I love the realism and surrealism mixed. My grandmother is from Israel, and loved to point out the olive trees on our neighborhood walks when I was a child. So olive trees hold a special place in my heart, and I now have one I planted in my own back yard.

Looking at this painting makes me very peaceful inside.
