I’ve always had an interest in the beauty that surrounds us. Though I never would have called myself a photographer, amateur or otherwise. It wasn’t until my brother showed me a shot he took of an old rusty bike leaned up against an old wooden unpainted weatherboard shed that I really thought about the idea of making nice photos. You see, I would NEVER have thought to take a pic of that bike but the one he took looked awesome. So they are there, I just want to try to find them.
I guess that means learning to recognise when light is just right, and getting to know the right angle or the right settings, and of course the subject matter. This is an art which many people seem to have a very big head start on, but I’m still going to try. I hope you find some ‘art’ in some of my shots.
Thanks for reading and viewing. Don’t forget to check out my writing too.
