It’s time to see if I can make art as well as photos. Depends on what people see in images like this, I guess. It’s one of my first images where I’ve used Photoshop for expression instead of correction. Comments welcome.
Thanks! I was a bit dubious about putting this image up. I took it a few years ago using a 1960s Canon Canonet rangefinder that I bought on eBay in non-working condition for $10 and restored myself. I decided to attack the original image with Photoshop strictly for artistic purposes, which really is a first for me, apart from using it to put my workmates’ heads on other people’s bodies :-). I have a long way to go before I’m happy with my ability to express myself via photo-manipulation, but your comment is very encouraging.
