The Royal Sleep
This is little Melanie, well little… she’s not so little anymore, but still the littlest (is that a good word?) of them all at our home..
Here she was sleeping on a pillow in the couch.
She mostly sleeps like this, with her head in a weird position, resting on her shoulders :-)

Hey she looks just like my Egypt!!! Melanie has a little more white on her but this is how Egypt looked when she was younger. Hard to photograph because she was so dark. Egypt is our house manager. She makes sure litter boxes are covered properly, doors are closed an all other cats obey the rules.

well your Egypt sounds like quite the house manager! haha..; I just love the watch them be all kitty-like… and how they behave to each other and to humans..
And yes, they are extremely hard to photograph because they are so dark, we have four cats, of which two are dark (Melanie – Pebbles).
