My guess is you were half-way down one of these aisles… I’ve tried many shots of these vines and not succeeded in getting one as good as this. Notice you have the weather monitering station up there on the hill – shrouded in mystery, intriguing place…

I was actually looking for a row that lined up with the monitering station, Im still looking for it! I drove many of the back roads looking for one, this was close as I could find on this day. The longer I drove the more it seemed to fade out of view.

I have exactly the same experience everytime I go chasing late afternoon shadows on those hills… the hills get bigger, my photo gets smaller – whatever I’m looking for just runs away when it sees me coming – tell me when you find the perfect spot!
