In Cordoba, Spain lays the Antigua Mezquita. A place worship that has changed its colours a few times since the seventh century. A Christian church then a Muslim one, then back to Christian, and now? who knows? The Romans had a hand in the place at first, then the place was pulled down and rebuilt using parts of the original edifice.
the Catholic church has plenty of very pretty junk inside. I was in there the other day, along with my main love and my girlfriend.
This photo is moving for me because it shows and everyday event that would not turn an eye. The obvious difference here need not be explained, the handbag and cellphone camera priceless. Jesus (rep) looking down and not a thing looks out of place, or does it?
A rare shot? The actual quality of the pic is average, (no time) but I shot in low light and camera in hand. So all things considered, it’s not bad.
