I’ve had a passion for photography for many years and always strive to ‘raise the bar’. Living in Colorado for 31 years gave me the opportunity to pursue my passion of landscape and wildlife photography. I’ve been a 35mm film shooter for years, but made the switch to digital a few years ago, and never looked back.
I recently (August 2010) moved to Whitewater, Wisconsin. Why? My partner Ellie was offered, and accepted, a great position at the university there. So not only am I expanding my professional network, but my photographic horizons as well.
I’m a Nikon shooter and have been since my early days with my F2 (dating myself here). I now shoot with a D200 and D300, using a Tokina 12-24 Pro XT, Nikkor 24-85, 18-200 VR, 70-300 (VR) and 200-400 f4g ED-VR lenses.
And finally, I’m always striving to learn how to improve my images. Feel free to comment on my work and ways they could be improved.
