Hi Tommy, you have to get yourself into the right position by bodysurfing with the wave, shoot freehand and be prepared to eat it !! ( and protect your camera too )The bigger the wave the more you eat it !!! It’s all about timing/position and a bit of wave knowledge, oh yeah,,,,,, and know your camera well !!!! ( I’m using film. )
Oh i think i like this better than “Tempest” now haha!! Both wonderful pieces though. Thanks for the explanation you gave to Tommy about how you actually get the shot; i never thought about how difficult it was, which makes the whole series even better! How do you protect the camera? x
