Have had a dabble with HDR, thanks to David Milne for pointing me at some good FREE software to have a play with. I think I like it…...There may be more….

    will start calling you ‘The Experimenter’ soon lol!! That’s what i love about your work Simon – can’t pigeon hole you at all and everything you try you succeed in :)
    I really like the intensity of this image – the colours are really strong and bold without being too overpowering and as ever the composition is spot on.

    Tis bonny indeed – but where? Have a go HDRing the pumphouse at Swithland – It wouldnt work for me with what I have – so based on this pic, I suspect you may have more success with it than I.

    Achingly beautiful color; and yes, even better in the larger view. That distant green bank is impossibly gorgeous, the stillness of the water in front of the boats, beautifully composed.
