The one on the right looks like you with wind!
Sunset girl said it – those blues are a treat, and the little splashes of yellow really lift the image

I can see the clouds pulling faces at the rocks …...........
Composition is smack on 1/3 to 2/3, the orange sunlit clouds compliment the blues and the textured forground completes the picture ….... but you already know this and your fishing for compliments are’nt you, eh !!!!

I always love reading the comments from “proper” photographers and how they use would use all this technical jargon “Composition is smack on 1/3 to 2/3” I haven’t a clue what it means, I am such an amateur, although with the help of Google i understand some of it now! All I know is whether i like it or not and I LIKE IT!!!

Blimey – Richie made me get my ruler out and he’s not wrong! 66% land 34% sky (we’ll compensate for rounding because it was hard to keep the ruler straight on the screen without incurring many more funny and odd looks!)
Mathmatical symettary aside what does it for me, as for others, is the sharp yellow of light hitting those partial cloud parts in a late light brilliance
Simon Gladwin in reply to Stuart Chapman’s comment, 2 months ago
Yes…I have one with a cloud like mount everest in magnitude that the late sunlight lit up like a christmas tree…..the light was fabuloso…never experienced it like that before.
