Communication is the link that ties us all together – without it we’re just islands. What a tragedy that it is so hard to effectively communicate vision and perspective to the outside world. How could we? We see so much through our eyes we often can’t focus on what in particular makes something beautiful or striking to us, let alone share it.
I always wanted a camera when I was younger, but didn’t get a basic film point and shoot until I was in my mid teens. These days I shoot with a Nikon D50, which has afforded me more freedom than I could ever have imaged back then.
My images are a focus on the way I see the world. My perspective. I love photography for allowing me to share it. Many of my images are straight from the lens, but I do edit at times if it helps me better describe the things I saw and how I saw it.
Welcome to my world
